Reflexology is a natural healing method based on the principles that there are reflexes in the head, hands and feet that relate to all parts of the body. Sometimes the body is in a state of "imbalance" following illness or injury, disease or stress and energy pathways are blocked preventing the body from functioning effectively. The use of precision pressure movements allows the whole body to relax and de-stress, restoring and maintaining the body's natural equilibrium and encouraging healing. This treatment finishes off with a wonderful foot scrub and hot towel wrap.
